Reflections of the unique
island we call home

Christy has been making canned products as a hobby for years.  Including Shipwrecked Mustard that began as a recipe that she developed to give as Holiday Gifts to our children's teachers at Brigantine Community School, co-workers, friends and family.  Enough people tried and loved it that we officially started the business in 2019.  We called the company Brigantine Canning Factory (BCF) as we are Brian and Christy Feehan (BCF).  We wish our company and our products to reflect our love of this unique island we call home.
In the summer of 2020 we started selling through Facebook and Farmers Markets.  We also teamed up with Little Water Distillery, and exclusively use their White Cap whiskey in our recipe.   This website is just the progression of where our growth is taking us.  Shipwrecked Mustard is now available at Ernest & Son Deli and Butcher in Brigantine, NJ, Little Water Distillery in Atlantic City, NJ, and Water Dog Smoke House in Ventnor, NJ. We now also offer shipping.
